The Automatic High Speed Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine Model DPFK-100 is suitable for Glass, Plastic, PET, HDPE, LDPE Bottles with maximum speed of 100 Bottles per minute depending on Powder Fill Volume, Characteristics of Powder, Bottle Diameter and Bottle Neck Diameter. Machine is in Stainless Steel Finish with heavy duty frame structure with S. S. Cladding.

 

 

 

 

 

Salient Features:

• Higher accuracy of filling up to ± 2% can be achieved for uniform density & consistency of powder under the controlled humidity < 30% by setting the depth of piston in the port of the Powder Wheel.
• Fast and easy Changeover for Container Size and Fill Weights
• All parts and assemblies coming in contact with the Powder are easily removable for Autoclaving / Sterilization.
• No Container- No Fill System eliminates wastage of costly powder.
