The Automatic Cap Sealing Machine is precision-built on a robust welded steel frame, entirely enclosed in stainless steel sheeting. Conveniently designed doors are provided for easy machine servicing.

MODEL: MONOBLOCK – 6 HEAD

The filling nozzle rises gradually from the bottle’s bottom to its neck, minimizing spills. An adjustable nozzle ensures precise dosing by reciprocating during filling.

The dosing block, with a hexagonal bolt, allows quick and easy adjustment for different fill sizes.

The main drive, powered by an AC motor and controlled by a frequency drive, operates a helical gearbox. The conveyor, driven by a hollow shaft geared motor with an AC frequency drive, has adjustable speed via a knob.

Containers on the conveyor move to an infeed star wheel, positioning them under the sealing head. Simultaneously, a cap is picked up from the delivery chute, and the sealing head threads and seals it onto the bottle.

A specially designed hopper increases cap storage and delivers them precisely for optimal positioning.
