IPC (Intermediate Product Container) Lifter

The equipment is outfitted with a jaw featuring clamping hooks to securely clamp the IPC. A hydraulic system, comprising a power pack unit with a cylinder, facilitates lifting the entire assembly with the IPC. The process involves clamping the IPC with the jaw of the lifter using the hooks, lifting the assembly to the desired height, and then adjusting the height as needed to transfer the material within the IPC. Finally, the material can be discharged into another container or hopper using a butterfly valve provided at the discharge point of the IPC.

• GMP compliant equipment featuring SS cladding base, SS guards, and SS cover on motor with no exposed painted surfaces on top of the machine. Hydraulic power pack covered with SS304 cover in GMP model.

• The square bin can also function as a bin in a bin blender setup.
• Bin with a round-shaped tank, featuring four legs and a bottom slope from the shell to the valve, designed for material storage and movement.
• Circular opening on top of the bin, with a top cover equipped with baffles.
• Butterfly valve at the bottom for material discharge.
• Mirror-finished surface inside the tank, with a matte or mirror finish outside as per customer specifications.
