Communiting Mill

The Communiting Mill is designed for the wet and dry granulation, pulverization, or dispersion of products and ingredients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Additionally, it finds applications in various other sectors such as cosmetics, confectionery, fertilizers, insecticides, detergents, and the electro flux industries.

Salient Features:

GMP compliant design with SS cladding on base, belt guards, and motor cover. No exposed painted surfaces on top, with chrome-plated motor rails, screws, and guide rods.
Separate pillow block assembly for beaters allows for easy maintenance and minimal downtime. Only beaters assembly needs to be reversed for knife to impact forward or vice versa.
Standard swing type beaters assembly increases output by 10 to 30% and is easy to clean.
HCHC quality beaters and shaft, further hardened and hard chrome plated, fitted on a splined shaft for durability.
Minimal heat transmission to chamber due to separate pillow block bearings, facilitating processing of heat-sensitive products.
Dynamically balanced beaters assembly reduces vibration and noise, increasing bearing life.
Castors provided for mobility, with optional brakes for stability.
Available in plain and water jacketed types, ideal for pharmaceutical industry.
Flameproof electricals available on demand at extra cost for added safety.
