Colloid Mill  is suitable for formulation of Colloidal dispersion, Suspension, Emulsion and Ointment.

Machine is also suitable for, veterinary, and ayurvedic industries.

Colloid Mill is used for grinding, disersing, homgenizing the ointment , gels and high viscous fluid .It has grinding accuracy of 5-10 microns which can be adjusted as per need.

Machine has  specially designed conical-shaped stator and rotor assembly.

Salient Features:

  • All contact parts of colloid mill made of AISI 316 and non-contact parts made of SS 304 material.
  • Circular ring-shaped, internally conical stator with two different tooth stages.
  • Stator and rotor assembly balanced and housed in stainless steel housing.
  • Special design allows adjustment of grinding gap by an exterior screw with two handles even during operation.
  • Three-way cock system provided for draining and recirculation of liquids in water-jacketed models.
  • Easy to dismantle all contact parts for cleaning
  • Silicon food-grade seal
