Explore our Linear Bottle Air Jet Cleaning Machine – a compact, highly efficient, and elegantly designed solution. This multi-functional, feature-rich machine is tailored to meet the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for cleaning plastic bottles.
Operating on the linear principle with an air and vacuum mechanism, the machine executes a slow, upward nozzle movement from the bottle’s bottom towards the neck. This process employs vacuum air to thoroughly clean the bottle.

The machine’s main drive utilizes a helical gearbox, powered by an A/C motor and controlled through an A/C frequency drive. The speed is adjustable in terms of bottles per minute. The conveyor drive, featuring a hollow shaft geared motor, is also controlled by an A/C frequency drive, with speed easily adjustable using a convenient knob.
