The machine is engineered to efficiently seal both ordinary and flip-off vial caps. With the flexibility to handle various sizes of vials ranging from 2 ml to 60 ml, this machine employs standard change parts, ensuring minimal changeover time. Capping is achieved through a unique mechanism involving vial rotation and single roller seals, eliminating the need for rotary and transitional motion of the rotary head. The sealing process entails only the up-and-down motion of a rotary pressure pad and the movement of a sealing roller while the vial rotates, ensuring precise and reliable sealing without unnecessary complexity.
