Paste Preparation Vessel – Starch Paste Kettle

This unit is utilized for the preparation of starch paste. Its conical shape ensures uniform heating of the starch paste and provides a larger surface area for heat distribution. The tilting-type arrangement facilitates easy unloading of the paste into any container or vessel.

Salient Features

Machine features a conical shape bottom.
Material discharge cock provided at center of the conical bottom, with 2″ size or bigger as specified.
Paste Preparation Vessel with loose open-able top cover, supported by 4 legs with castor wheels (for electrically heated) or fix plate (for steam heated).
Jacket (Water or Steam) made from M.S. or SS304 as per customer preference.
Jacket insulated with mineral wool and covered with M.S., Aluminum, or SS304 as specified.
Vessel mounted on tank stand for geared motor, with geared motor covered.
Slow speed stirrer (Anchor type) with geared motor for paste mixing.
Electrical heaters with temperature controller provided for electrically heated model.
Operating panel included with vessel.
Outside surfaces insulated with SS304, inside surface polished to mirror finish.
