Semi Automatic ROPP Capping Machine

The Semi-Automatic Cap Sealing Machine operates with motorized precision, featuring rotating threading and sealing rollers dedicated to the threading and sealing of ROPP caps. Crafted with durability in mind, all M.S. parts are chrome-plated, while the body is clad in S.S. 304, 18-gauge sheet stainless steel, polished to a matte finish using 120 grit.

This machine requires manual feeding and unloading of containers, positioning the container body and neck below the rotating head for flawless threading and sealing operations.

Safety is ensured with the inclusion of an acrylic shield, belt guard, ‘V’ belt pulley, and an ON–OFF switch. The machine is a reliable and efficient solution for precise cap sealing applications.
