The cGMP model of our ROPP Capping Machine offers versatility with options of 4 Head, 6 Head, and 8 Head configurations, accommodating diverse production needs. This machine is adept at capping both ROPP and Plastic Screw caps, ensuring flexibility in usage. The output varies from up to 100 bottles per minute on the four-head model to up to 200 bottles per minute on the eight-head model. Designed to cap round, flat, and rectangular bottles, these machines find applications in pharmaceutical, liquor, food, agrochemical, edible oil, lube oil, and various packaging sectors. Equipped with a Vibratory hopper feeder, these machines facilitate online capping by efficiently feeding caps onto the bottle neck. Their capability extends to handling a range of materials, including glass, plastic, PET, and HDPE.
