Double Cone Blender

The Double Cone Blender is a highly efficient and versatile machine designed for homogeneously mixing dry powders and granules in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and cosmetics. It ensures thorough blending of ingredients to achieve a uniform mixture, making it an essential tool in various manufacturing processes.

Salient Features:

Conical shape at both ends ensures uniform mixing and easy discharge.
All contact parts made of stainless steel (SS304 or SS316) as per customer preference.
Maximum attention to safety for secure operation.
Manual rotating facility with hand wheel provided, along with SS cover and limit switch in models of 200 Kgs. and above.
Two safety rods provided at the backside for added safety.
Suitable size butterfly valve at one end for material discharge, with openable cover at the other end for material charging and cleaning.
Shaft with four fixed baffles, mirror polished, inside the cone.
Cone polished inside and outside to a mirror finish, with the structure matt polished.
All moving parts covered with SS304 covers.
Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the machine with a limit switch.
Panel fabricated from SS304 material, equipped with three-phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer, and Amp. Meter.
Machine can be provided with left or right side drive based on customer requirement.
Worm reduction gear used for speed reduction.
Food-grade rubber gaskets used on both ends of the cone and in butterfly valve.
General structure made of SS304, polished to matt or mirror finish as required in GMP Model.
All safety guards and covers made of SS304 in GMP Model.
Hand wheel provided for manual tilting of cone.
Safety guards equipped with limit switch to prevent machine start when guards are not in proper position.
