CO-Mill

The Co-Mill is widely utilized in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, ceramics, colors, dyestuffs, food products, pesticides, fertilizers, spices, detergents, insecticides, plastics, and resins for various processing applications.

The CO-Mill is a self-contained portable unit designed for high-speed granulating, pulverizing, mixing, shredding, and chopping of various wet and dry materials without the need for special attachments. Unlike traditional methods of size reduction, which may lack controlled size reduction, this machine employs variable force swing hammer blades with both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to precisely control size reduction. The streamlined flow path of material in the vertical rotor machine ensures efficient comminution, preventing clogging and temperature rise.

The CO-Mill operates on the principle of steady rotor force, rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction. Material fed into the processing chamber moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and at a right angle. The processed material is then collected in the container located below the processing chamber.

  • Providing flame proof drive motor along with flame proof starter and flame proof reversible switch.

  • Stand for IPC. (Intermediate product container) Recommended.
