Mechanical Sifter

The Mechanical Sifter is a valuable tool across a wide range of industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs, food products, cosmetics, pesticides, paper production, scrap recovery, resin manufacturing, paints, polyesters, minerals processing, fruit juice production, China clay processing, rubber compound manufacturing, filler production, straining syrups, removal of suspended impurities from liquids and oils, cheese production, metal powder processing, liquid glazed clay production, and animal feed production, among others.

The Mechanical Sifter is purposefully engineered for the separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids, and the production of graded materials based on their sizes. It boasts features that enable gyratory vibration generated by a balanced flywheel. The amplitude of vibration can be easily adjusted to meet processing requirements through the manipulation of a movable weight on the flywheel. This design ensures that every point on the screen surface continuously follows a circular path in a horizontal plane, effectively eliminating vertical motion.
