The Planetary Mixer is designed for the efficient mixing of a wide range of materials including pharmaceutical powders, ointments, creams, lotions, pastes, toothpaste, cosmetics, food and confectioneries, rubber and rubber compounds, colors and pigments, PVC and plastic materials, ceramics, pesticides, insecticides, adhesives, metal powders, resins, and more. It features a double stirrer, scraper, and centrally located high-speed emulsifier, making it an ideal choice for various manufacturing applications.

  • All non-contact parts made of mild steel, clad with SS304 or chrome plated, or SS304 in GMP Model; polished to mirror finish for contact parts, matte finish for non-contact parts in GMP Model; safety guards & covers made of SS304 material in GMP model, mild steel & painted in standard model.
  • General structure & non-contact parts made of Mild Steel in standard model.
  • Fixed type product container in 600 liters+ models.
  • Heater with temperature controller for heating facility (for 60/100/200/350 liters ointment mixer).
  • 100% machine utilization possible with changeable extra product container (60-350 liters models).
  • Vacuum facility available on demand for deaeration during mixing in Gel product (for ointment mixer).
  • Optional insulation provided on jacket of container (for ointment mixer).
  • Material discharge from bottom with flush bottom valve for 350 liters and above models (for ointment mixer).
  • Machine equipped with light glass, sight glass, material inlet, air suction valve for vacuum, CIP port facility (for ointment mixer); all connections of valve, light glass, sight glass will be triclover ended.
  • Sampling port and flush bottom type valve provided in 600 liters & above model.
  • All moving parts enclosed with safety guards.

Optional / Additional Features:

  • SS316 product contact parts instead of SS304.
  • Vacuum system for deaeration during mixing. (For gel products)
  • Variable speed drive for main agitators motor and emulsifier motor.
