This unit is utilized for the preparation of starch paste. Its conical shape ensures uniform heating of the starch paste and provides a larger surface area for heat distribution. The tilting-type arrangement facilitates easy unloading of the paste into any container or vessel.

Salient Features

  • Machine features a conical shape bottom.
  • Material discharge cock provided at center of the conical bottom, with 2″ size or bigger as specified.
  • Paste Preparation Vessel with loose open-able top cover, supported by 4 legs with castor wheels (for electrically heated) or fix plate (for steam heated).
  • Jacket (Water or Steam) made from M.S. or SS304 as per customer preference.
  • Jacket insulated with mineral wool and covered with M.S., Aluminum, or SS304 as specified.
  • Vessel mounted on tank stand for geared motor, with geared motor covered.
  • Slow speed stirrer (Anchor type) with geared motor for paste mixing.
  • Electrical heaters with temperature controller provided for electrically heated model.
  • Operating panel included with vessel.
  • Outside surfaces insulated with SS304, inside surface polished to mirror finish.
